Return/Refund Policy


You have 15 days from confirmed delivery date to return an item. After 15 days we will not be able to accept any returns. 

To be eligible for a return all items must be in the same condition they were received in.

Your item must be unused and include the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is being returned because of damage photo proof is required.

Once your returned item is approved, received, and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refunds on rejected international packages

The customer is solely responsible for any customs and taxes applied to the order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. If you reject your package due to customs fees, please direct them to "return the package to sender". Once we have received the returned package and find all the items in good condition, we will issue you a refund minus the shipping and a 25% restocking fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Refunds can take 3-7 business days to show up on your credit card or banking website. If it has been over 7 business days since the refund was submitted and you haven’t received a credit, please check with your bank or credit card company. Sale and clearance items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale and clearance items are not eligible for a refund.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our end. We will provide a return label in either case.

If you are exchanging products depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

All acceptable refunds, other than damaged or broken goods, will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
